Gordian’s parent company, Strapack Corporation, is pleased to announce that Strapack has agreed to acquire all shares of Nichiro Kogyo Co., Ltd., producer of the “Akebono” machine range, from Maruha Nichiro Holdings, Inc. and its group companies.
